What would you do?
As an Analyst in Ticket Strategy, you will work with a team of experienced professionals to implement and execute ticketing strategies and drive customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities will include:
Learn, articulate, and implement our unified ticketing principles
Lead recurring client meetings, developing relationships with stakeholders
Manage deadlines and execution of client deliverables through research, analysis, and leveraging internal tools/technologies
Compile findings and prepare executive-level presentations and communications
Apply technical and analytical skills to solve problems
Manage day-to-day execution of strategic accounts across Eventellect’s portfolio, including partners throughout MLB, NHL, NBA & MLS
What is required to succeed?
Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent required; graduate degree (MBA or other quantitative discipline) a plus
3+ years’ experience in a service-oriented consulting or analytical role (Sports, live entertainment, technology or financial services preferred)
A passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client success
Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills with a strong attention to detail
Analytical aptitude and the ability to interpret and analyze data from multiple sources
Ability to successfully prioritize deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment
Must be able to thrive in a lean, startup-like environment
Proficiency with MS Office with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint required
Experience writing queries for Microsoft SQL Server and/or Snowflake
Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Openness to relocate to Houston, TX
